This is an online class via Zoom that’s suitable for beginner and intermediate yogis. Use these classes to build strength and flexibility and deepen your practice.

INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED Zoom class - Thursday 6pm
This is an online class via Zoom that's
suitable for intermediate and advanced yogis who feel able in their bodies to be challenged. This class focuses on peak poses - so consistency is needed to see the effects.
