How to be Cheery All Me: Care for Your Abandoned Heart

A conversation went like this:


The longer I spend on my spiritual quest how the fuck to let it go, the more I slowly realise that you don't need to understand things to release them.

I'm only saying it because I'm having a better day. It's an incredibly challenging thing to do.


All your abandoned heart wants is for you to be with it. Breathe through the pain, discomfort and suffering and moment by moment remind yourself that you're enough as you are.


Sometimes it will feel impossible. But how many "impossible" things have you've ALREADY done in your life?



Bringing love to yourself even when it's hard will help you bring love into the world in the way *You* want to bring it into the world.

You know it.


Because love isn't everything. It's the only thing.
